I am a wife, mother, registered foster carer, counsellor and psychotherapist.
My therapy is what is known in the industry as ‘person centred’. This simply means my therapy focuses on you.
I do not believe in a one-size fits all approach because everything we go through in life is personal and unique to the individual.
I am also a fully qualified fitness trainer and believe deeply in the body-mind connection.
