In light of this and as a qualified personal trainer, I now offer eco-therapy with my new walk & talk therapy, which is proving extremely popular.
If you are the type of person that likes to be stuck in your spiral of issues (and that’s perfectly fine), then I probably won’t be the therapist for you.
